Frank Sinatra's former Los Angeles home has been demolished.
Paramount Pictures chairman Brad Gray put the seven-bedroom Holmby Hills residence on the market for $23.5 million a year ago, but it failed to sell, and so, in a desperate bid to shift the investment, Gray ordered construction bosses to bulldoze the mansion in August.
The land has now been listed for a flat rate of $20 million in the hope of attracting potential builders, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Sinatra lived in the mansion for several years during the 1940s.
