HARRISON HONOURED IN OXFORD DICTIONARYThe late BEATLE GEORGE HARRISON has been added to the OXFORD DICTIONARY OF NATIONAL BIOGRAPHY - Britain's most definitive record of great people over history. The SOMETHING musician is named along with THE MADNESS OF KING GEORGE actor NIGEL HAWTHORN - as part of 195 new biographies appearing in the updated version published on Monday (03JAN05). Harrison died in November (01) at the age of 58 after losing his fight against cancer. The dictionary's editor LAWRENCE GOLDMAN says, "The dictionary is a record of people who were once our contemporaries and who shaped the society in which we now live."
