George Michael Breaks Down In The Slammer

George Michael has apparently been sobbing his eyes out in his new holiday home, London’s Pentonville prison.

The singer was banged up after driving under the influence of drugs and ploughing straight into a branch of Snappy Snaps, and apparently cried himself to sleep on Tuesday night, and then again yesterday morning as he woke up after his first night in jail.

Mikey is currently residing in a secure Vulnerable Prisoners Unit that’s mostly populated by child-sex offenders, and he is reported to have been very emotional, reveals a source.

“When he went to use a payphone in the communal area he was hunched over it - distraught and in tears. He was whispering and very emotional.” Well, to be honest, I think if I was in prison I'd be feeling pretty shitty too…
