LEVERT ESCAPES ASSAULT CHARGESAssault charges against R&B star GERALD LEVERT have been dropped.The singer was arrested last Friday (25FEB05) in Ohio on suspicion of drink driving and allegedly attacked policemen RONALD ROSS and DANIEL LENTZ while they questioned him.But state prosecutor ANTHONY JORDAN admits there's no evidence to suggest Levert caused serious physical harm to the patrolmen.So, the singer will face drink driving, impeding traffic, obstructing police business and resisting arrest charges.0Comments | Be the first to comment!
