Gloria Estefan and Ricky Martin to make appearance in Glee

Gloria Estefan and Ricky Martin are set to join the cast of Glee for a Latino-themed episode in the New Year.
 
Estefan will play mum to Naya Rivera's lesbian character Santana, while Martin will play a Spanish teacher.
 
The Livin' La Vida Loca singer is expected to appear in more than one upcoming episode.
 
Confirming the news, executive producer Adam Anders tells Billboard.com: "We just announced Ricky Martin and Gloria Estefan for a Spanglish episode. We're just starting the planning."

The pair join a continuing growing numbr of stars who have appeared on the show, like Gwyneth Paltrow, Olivia Newton John and Josh Groban.
