Gnarls Barkley star Danger Mouse hates London. The music producer, aka 28-year-old American Brian Burton, claims he has been left disappointed by the city ever since he arrived to fulfil his dreams of becoming a musician. He told Britain's Observer music monthly magazine: "I f***ing hated it. London just beat me down, man. I was just working, trying to make the rent. I didn't see the sun for like three weeks and I was broke and single. It wasn't what I expected." However, despite his hatred for London, Danger Mouse admits he is a huge fan of the UK's home-grown music talent. The star previously worked with Damon Albarn on the critically acclaimed Gorillaz album 'Demon Days' and has nothing but admiration for the Blur singer.
