Simpson Not Ready To Adopt.Pop star JESSICA SIMPSON has laughed off reports she is in the process of adopting an orphan, insisting she's not ready to undertake such a big responsibility.During her three-year marriage to NICK LACHEY, Simpson often spoke of her desire to adopt a child and recently reiterated her dream of being a mother.In recent weeks, it was reported Simpson had been visiting a Mexican orphanage to choose a prospective son or daughter.However, Simpson says, "I'm not adopting a child!
