Jimmy Page says no to Hollywood Walk of Fame

Led Zeppelin star Jimmy Page has refused to endorse an attempt by a California fan to land the rock supergroup on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.Rocky Dickerson has requested written approval from band members and their management so he could proceed with the nomination, but Page has urged him not to bother.The rocker's publicist says, "He (Page) has asked me to thank you for this interest but he does not feel that this is something that he can endorse." Dickerson launched the star campaign on his return to California after seeing the group perform at the Ahmet Ertegün Tribute Concert in London last year.
