Now we all know John Mayer is a little bit of a foxy character, but it seems that modesty isn’t one of his personality traits, after claiming that he understands why the media is so obsessed with him, because even he finds his life intriguing.
Mayer is one of the top targets of the paparazzi and gossip columnists, thanks in part to his high profile relationships with exes Jessica Simpson and more recently Jennifer Aniston.
Unsurprisingly, the singer admits he understands the fascination, because he has just started writing new songs about his life - and it's riveting stuff.
During a concert in Hollywood on Wednesday, Mayer told the audience, "It's intriguing writing about my life. These songs are about me, my life and everyone in my life."
