NKOTB KNIGHT MAKES BID FOR COMEBACKFormer NEW KIDS ON THE BLOCK heart-throb JORDAN KNIGHT is set to make a fresh bid for singing stardom in hit British TV show HIT ME BABY ONE MORE TIME.The Boston-born star, 34, had a string of hit songs in the late 1980s and early 1990s with his NKOTB bandmates JOEY McINTYRE, DONNIE WAHLBERG, DANNY WOOD and JONATHAN KNIGHT.Knight, who appeared on reality TV show THE SURREAL LIFE last year (04), will sing the band's 1988 hit HANGIN' TOUGH and 1990 track STEP BY STEP, as well as a new song on the ITV1 network's show. If Knight wins the show, he will go on to compete with other fallen pop idols TIFFANY - who dated his brother Jonathan during the band's heyday - and SHAKIN' STEVENS.
