Colombian singer Juanes has swept the board at the Latin Grammy Awards, taking home five trophies.
The rocker beat off stiff competition to take home Record Of The Year, Song Of The Year, Album Of The Year, Best Male Pop Vocal Album and Best Short Form Music Video at the ceremony in Houston, Texas on Thursday (13Nov08).

It takes his grand total of Latin Grammys to 17, topping Alejandro Sanz's record of 14.
After scooping his final title of the night, Juanes said, "You have chosen the right president. Congratulations. It is time to change."
The musician kicked off the night's proceedings by performing a duet with soul singer John Legend and the night also played host to performances from Jose Feliciano and Carlos Santana.
Other winners at the ceremony included Gloria Estefan, who scooped Best Traditional Tropical Album and Best Tropical Song, Puerto Rican singer Kany Garcia also walked away with the Best New Artist honour and Best Female Pop Vocal Album.
