Julianne Hough Quits Dancing

Award-winning country star Julianne Hough is ditching her day job as a professional on TV talent show Dancing With The Stars, so she can concentrate on her singing career.

The talented 20-year-old has juggled the two careers simultaneously since finding fame on the reality show in 2007, but, after scooping the Top New Artist Prize at the Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas on Sunday, Hough has decided her future is behind the mic.

Hough - who partners her boyfriend, fellow country singer Chuck Wicks, in the current season of the dancing show - says, "I wasn't planning to come back this season because I wanted to focus on my music. But I went back and it's been so much fun to dance with my good friend who happens to be my boyfriend."
