Country music stars Julianne Hough and Chuck Wicks are planning to wed after spending a family Thanksgiving together last week (27Nov08).The Stealing Cinderella singer and his former Dancing With The Stars regular lover have been dating for five months and Wicks admits he's never been more sure that the bubbly blonde is the one for him.
