Kanye West is launching a Design and Innovation company named after his late mother

By combining the influences of Apple founder, the late Steve Jobs and his late mother, rapper Kanye West has come up with a business idea that is set to revolutionise the world, if it goes to plan.

The design firm, which will be called Donda - after his mother Donda West - is going to encompass architecture, publishing, music, technology and more it seems.

West announced the arrival of his company via his Twitter, on which he explained what he wants to do with it, and how it will work.

The idea of the company seems quite simple, bringing together the innovative ideas of lots of people to create some cutting-edge products and experiences. Even the Dragons from Dragons Den could be sold on this idea, there is a lot of delegation, and very little work for West himself by the sounds of it.

On Twitter West wrote: "Donda is a design company which will galvanise amazing thinkers and put them in a creative space to bounce their dreams and ideas... I am assembling a team of archistects, grapic designers, directors, musicians, producers... writers, publicists, social media experts, app guys, managers, car designers, clothing designers, DJs, video game designers, publishers, tec guys, lawyers, bankers, nutririonists, doctors, scientists, teachers... Donda will be comprised of over 22 divisions with a goal to make products and experiences that people want and can afford... I want to put creatives in a room together with like minds that are all waaaay doper than me."

He finished all this with "We need as many amazing powerful smart talented wealthy people to be involved... Come get on board... We need to pick up where Steve Jobs left off."

It seems like West wrote down every job he could think of and decided he wanted to invlove as many different people as he could to get as many ideas as he could. The idea does sound plausible, in as much as he will be giving great opportunities to a lot of people, however, the legal team will have to be top-notch to make sure everybody gets what they are entitled to for sharing their ideas.

West launched his fashion label DW, again named after his mother, last October at Paris Fashion Week. Perhaps it's a case of wanting his fingers in as many pies as possible, if Donda works out, he certainly will have a lot on his plate.
