Kate Nash says she is planning a change in sound for her new album.The 'Foundations' singer is currently recording her second album and says it will have a harder edge than her debut, 'Made of Bricks'.She told Britain's BBC Radio 1: "I've always really liked punk music. So I think it's something I always wanted to get more into. "Also, I'm really into the Supremes and Motown. I don't know, I'm excited to get in and see what happens." Kate is opening this year's Glastonbury festival and admitted she feels nervous at the prospect.She added: "It's quite scary - I'm opening it or something. I'm going to get something exciting for that." The festival has been under fire this year over the choice of Jay-Z as a headlining act, but Kate insists that its part of the spirit of the event.She said: Glastonbury's always been about music and about spirit and about so many things. And it's always tried to be varied and interesting.
"I think that trying new things is kind of its thing really, so who knows."
This year's Glastonbury festival takes place in Somerset from June 27-29.
