Kelly Osbourne, daughter of bat-biting legend Ozzy, is in trouble with U.S. tax authorities as she allegedly owes more than $30,000 (£18,750) to the State of California.
Court documents filed in Los Angeles County and obtained by TMZ.com allege the 26-year-old singer and TV presenter failed to pay $34,763.30 (£21,727) in back taxes in 2009, the year she waltzed her way to third place on American reality show Dancing with the Stars.
And her financial troubles don't end there - Kelly discovered she had become a victim of credit card fraud on Saturday.
In a post on her Twitter, she wrote: "Someone stole my credit card and rented a car with it. What a dumb a** you need to show I.d to rent a car!!!"
And the famously outspoken rock offspring also wrote: "im getting less & less resilient to all the bullshit stories i keep reading about myself i do enough stupid shit no need to make things up!"
If Kelly fails to pay them back she could join the ranks of punished tax-dodging celebrities, including Blade star Wesley Snipes and reality TV star Richard Hatch, both of whom are serving prison sentences.
