Kelly Osbourne has been banned from marrying fiance Luke Worrall for another five years - by her famous parents Sharon and Ozzy.

The 24-year-old recently completed her third spell in rehab to be treated for drug and alcohol addictions, and her mom insists she needs to grow up before she can even think about marriage.

Music manager Sharon tells People magazine, "Neither of them is ready for domestic bliss right now."

Neither of them is ready for domestic bliss right now.

And Kelly - who has been engaged to model Worrall since November (08) - agrees: "I'd become one of those cracked out housewives with a vacuum cleaner, hopped up on Dexedrine."

In other news Kelly Osbourne is clean and sober, three weeks after ending her latest stint in rehab.

The reality TV star checked into a U.S. clinic in January (09) to be treated for drug and alcohol addictions - her third spell in rehab in just five years.

After a 30 day stay, Kelly, the daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne, is back at home in Los Angeles with her fiance Luke Worral, and preparing for a new start.

The 24-year-old tells People magazine she got her first taste of strong addictive painkillers when she was just 13 and had her tonsils removed, and later became hooked on them when she found the drugs gave her a huge confidence boost.

Osbourne says, "I found when I take this, people like me. I'm having fun, I'm not getting picked on. It became a confidence thing."

By the time she found fame in 2002 as one of the stars of Mtv reality show The Osbournes, she was taking "whatever I could sniff or swallow to not be me".

The star also blames her reliance on booze and pills for wrecking her promising music career, adding, "I drank, I was rude, I said I'd do something and wouldn't show up. I did what I could to destroy it."

But she's determined to start afresh and is already enjoying sober living: "I'm getting a second chance, and I want to be present for it.

"Getting up in the morning and not having to think of a list of lies is a new thing. I went on a plane and didn't take a pill for the first time."
