Rock Fans Harass Judge Over Community Service Row

Kid Rock has stepped up his battle with a U.S. judge, who banned him from choosing how he serves his community sentence - by posting his contact details online.The star lashed out at Georgia Judge Alvin T. Wong on Tuesday (02Dec08) after the official turned down a request to allow Rock to complete his 80-hour sentence performing for U.S. troops in the Middle East.Judge Wong argued that Rock should be punished for fighting in a Waffle House restaurant last October (07), not allowed to serve his time doing something he enjoys. The star has called the ruling "a slap in the face" and is now encouraging his fans to protest on his behalf, by posting Judge Wong's contact phone number and email address on his official website.According to tmz Judge Wong has received more than two dozen calls since his details were posted.
