LaTOYA ANNOUNCES COMEBACK DATELaTOYA JACKSON has announced plans to release her comeback album in May (05), after keeping fans waiting for several months.The singer, sister of troubled pop star MICHAEL JACKSON, unveiled her club track JUST WANNA DANCE in August (04), leading fans to believe the release of her next album would be imminent.And after a long wait, Jackson has announced that the project, called STARTIN' OVER, will be released her label JA-TAIL RECORDS as part of a new distribution deal with BUNGALO RECORDS/UNIVERSAL MUSIC AND VIDEO DISTRIBUTION.She says on her website, "Startin' Over is exactly what I've done in every aspect of my life.
