Dave Haywood Engaged to Marry

Lady Antebellum star Dave Haywood is preparing to celebrate his first Christmas with his new fiancee after proposing on Monday evening (19Dec11).

The country musician surprised his girlfriend Kelli Cashiola by transforming their Nashville, Tennessee home into a winter wonderland, with a string of Christmas lights on the front of the house spelling out, "Will you marry me?" Haywood then presented the record executive with a diamond ring as she accepted the marriage proposal, reports People.com.

The couple only went public with its romance last month (Nov11) when Haywood and Cashiola walked the red carpet together at the Country Music Association Awards.

Haywood is the final member of the country trio to settle down - singerHillary Scott became engaged to drummer Chris Tyrell in July (11), whilebandmate Charles Kelly is married to Cassie McConnell.
