Lady Gaga has been blowing her own trumpet once again after promising to deliver one of the most significant moments in music history when she performs with Kanye West.

The two most sought-after musicians of the moment are set to play a US tour together later this year, and Lady Gaga has told The Sun; "I can't give any details, but it will be one of the most important moments in music ever.

"I truthfully adore Kanye. I always poke fun at him and joke around. We have a lovely creative relationship. He's so sweet. I can't say enough good things. He's undeniably brilliant."
