Lady Gaga Sues Over Trademark Issue

A company is using apparently using her name for products.

Lady Gaga is suing a Nevada company allegedly using her name to sell cosmetics and costume jewellery.

The singer claims bosses at Excite Worldwide LLC have applied to trademark the names Lady Gaga and Lady Gaga LG for their products without her permission, thus meddling in her own branding business.

In her suit, the Poker Face singer claims fans could be duped into thinking she's connected to the company.

The singer is seeking unspecified damages.
