Everyone can breathe a sigh of relief now that emerges that Led Zeppelin has been saved. Oh, the rollercoaster at South Carolina's Hard Rock Park; not the actual band!
The park's owners filed for bankruptcy in September, just five months after the Myrtle Beach tourist attraction opened and Zeppelin's The Shake, Rattle & Roller Coaster first took a spin.
But the Hard Rock Park was saved from bankruptcy and liquidation on Wednesday after a new ownership group stepped in to buy the amusement park.
FPI MB Entertainment purchased the park for $25 million (£17.8 million). The new owners hope to re-open the park this summer. Woo!
