Kravitz's Alleged Burglar Apprehended

The man accused of breaking into Lenny Kravitz's holiday home in The Bahamas has been re-captured by police after he escaped from custody last month (Aug09).

Mark Anthony Hamilton was arrested on 9 August (09) on suspicion of burgling the star's property on 1 August (09).

However, he evaded cops and escaped from custody just hours later - leading to an island-wide man-hunt.

Lenny is out of the country recording, but he's aware of the situation and is letting the law handle it

He was eventually apprehended last week (beg31Aug09) and has now entered a not guilty plea to a charge of breaking-and-entering.

He pleaded guilty to evading arrest, and a judge denied him bail.

A representative for Kravitz tells Tmz.com, "Lenny is out of the country recording, but he's aware of the situation and is letting the law handle it".
