Leona Lewis Moves To LA

So much for keeping our Leona all to ourselves… it looks although the girl from Hackney is leaving her roots behind and swanning off to the bight lights of LA.

The X Factor winner has just shed out £1.5 million for a hot new pad in LA, and says she now plans to spend most of her time over there as she works on her new album, Echo.

Whilst we’ll miss Leona, we are so proud of our girl ‘representing’ the UK with her excellent voice, and we suppose we can hold back the tears if it means another jaw-dropping album.

To be honest, we don’t blame her, if we could afford to live in LA, we most probably would, especially if we’d proven that winning a talent show can actually make a career for a receptionist from London. I might enter my local karaoke competition this Christmas, what do you think?
