Gallagher Adopts Brigitte Bardot

He's a longtime fan of dachsunds.

Liam Gallagher has taken charge of a dachsund he has named after French movie icon Brigitte Bardot.

The Beady Eye frontman is a longtime fan of the breed, affectionately known as sausage dogs, and he recently joked he wanted to adopt 900 of them.

And he's one closer to his goal after picking up a dog just before jetting off to America for Beady Eye's first U.S. dates.

He says, "I'm into my little sausage dogs. I've got a new chocolate-dappled one called Brigitte Bardot. It's mega."
