Lisa Marie Presley has paid tribute to her King of Rock and Roll dad by opening a new museum at their Graceland family home in Tennessee.

The rocker tapped into Elvis Presley's secret archives to create a new display featuring bedroom furniture and collectibles from her childhood, never-before-seen family photos and even a reproduction of the music icon's closet.

Giving a camera crew from U.S. breakfast show Good Morning America a tour of the exhibit on Wednesday (01Feb12), she said, "This is how I remember his closet. Just the most amazing clothes ever. Including the pimp hat".

Elvis Through His Daughter's Eyes opened at the the Hound Dog hitmaker's home in Memphis on Wednesday (01Feb12) - Lisa Marie's 44th birthday.

The King died on 16 August, 1977, aged 42.
