has begged forgiveness from Australian fans after snubbing the country from her Confession tour so she can take her children to school instead.Daughter Lourdes, nine, and son Rocco, five, were bitterly disappointed as they were looking forward to meeting the nation's special wildlife down under.Madonna last performed in Australia during her Girlie Show tour in 1993 and has found herself as the subject of several petitions by Aussie fans in recent years, who are desperate for her to grace their arenas.But the popstar mum remains firm that their education is more important than her singing career and she can't have the children away from school for so long.Madonna says to fans, "Please forgive me."Unfortunately, the logistics just didn't work out this time around.
