Madonna Picks New Dancer At Smirnoff Talent Search

A talented Tennessee dancer has been picked to join Madonna's official crew following a lengthy talent search.

Lil' Buck stunned the pop superstar and her choreographers at an event in New York on Saturday night (12Nov11), which brought the Smirnoff Nightlife Exchange Project's Global Dance Search to a close and provided Madonna with a new employee.

The Music hitmaker was on hand to personally select her new dancer froma group of 11 finalists from all over the planet.

The winner beat hundreds of online hopefuls to land the role of a lifetime as Madonna's new touring dancer.

Madonna says, "The Smirnoff Nightlife Exchange Project has uncovered amazing dance talent from all over the world, but Lil' Buck was the best ofall".
