Mariah Carey Expecting Twins?

Mariah Carey has sparked rumours she's expecting a double bundle of joy next year after referring to her foetus as "they" during a radio interview.

The Hero hitmaker and her husband Nick Cannon confirmed the singer's pregnancy in October and they have since vowed to keep the sex of the baby a secret, but Carey appears to have let slip she's not just having the one tot after telling Radio Disney how she sings festive tracks from her new album Merry Christmas II You to her baby bump.

She said, "I just hope that they don't turn out hating Christmas!" A representative for the couple had yet to comment on the reports as we went to press.
