Marion Suge Knight's Ex-Wife Demands Spousal Support... Singer Michel'Le Toussaint is taking her bankrupt ex-husband Marion 'Suge' Knight to court over spousal and child support payments.

Toussaint, a former artist on Knight's Death Row Records, was married briefly to the fallen rap mogul in 1997 and the couple has a child together, named Bailel.

She is seeking over $40,000 (£26,140) in court ordered spousal support, and wants a bankruptcy judge to ensure Knight - who declared he was broke in 2006 - continues to honour the monthly $13,000 (£8,495) payments previously awarded to her by a divorce court, reports the Wall Street Journal.
