Mel B Accused Of Battering An Estate Agent

Mel B and her husband Stephen Belafonte have found themselves in hot water after being accused of beating up an estate agent whilst he was valuing their Hollywood property!

Amado Aguirre says he was going about his business of valuing the couples house and taking photos for the company records when he was attacked by the pair, who thought he was a trespassing paparazzo.

Amado says he suffered a broken hand, as well as neck and back injuries during the attack and he's now after £1million in damages! *Splutter* £1 Million!?! Come on mate!
