La Toya Jackson - Paris' Shared Heart

Michael Jackson's daughter Paris literally gave her dad her heart as he lay at peace the day before his memorial tribute concert in Los Angeles inJuly (09).

The grief-stricken girl bought a split-heart pendant and insisted on wrapping half around her father's wrist and wearing the other half on a chain around her neck.

Paris visited the cemetery to pay her respects to the King of Pop with her aunts La Toya and Rebbie.

La Toya recalls, "She wanted Michael to have that heart because it's the kind that separates - a love heart. She wanted to put it around his neck and we couldn't get it around his neck, so she wrapped it around his right wrist. "And she's still wearing the other half today.

She said, 'I will never ever... let this go. I will wear it every day of my life.'"

La Toya has also revealled the home of her brother was raided by thieves on the day of his death accusing members of the King of Pop's entourage of looting the singer's rented Holmby Hills estate in the hours after he died on 25 June (09).

The singer/actress claims her brother's home looked like it had been "ransacked" when she arrived at midnight - 10 hours after Jackson had been pronounced dead - and she's still keen to find out who took what.

In her first in-depth interview since the tragedy, La Toya told U.S. TV newswoman Barbara Walters, "I said, 'Who did this?'"

Speaking on news show 20/20 on Friday night (11Sep09), La Toya said she believes people close to her brother made off with millions of dollars of jewellery, cash and keepsakes.

She also denied reports she took hard drives full of her brother's unreleased and unfinished songs from his mansion.

La Toya insists she took no personal possessions from the home.
