Michael Jackson's death certificate was re-issued yesterday, and the singers death has now been confirmed as a homicide.
After months of speculation surrounding the singer’s cause of death, this new document specifies that the 50-year-old Thriller star died due to "acute intoxication" with Propofol.
And it looks as though his physician Dr Conrad Murray, will be the one charged with the singer’s death as the cause of death on the document states that the King Of Pop died by "intravenous injection by another".
So despite not initially thinking it was homicide, the coroner's officials have now changed hteir minds and claim that the stars death, on June 25 was indeed homicide.
Their report said Propofol and sedative Lorazepam were the "primary drugs" and unfortunately for Murray, he has admitted administering both on the night Jacko died.
