Summers in the Uk are too wet according to Mick Jagger, lead singer of rock band The Rolling Stones, and because of this he has said no to headlining the anual Glastonbury festival. This is not the first time however, that the rockers have turned down the chance to play at the famed music festival. ..And the 64-year-old frontman insists it's because of the weather.. Mick said, "I don't want to play Glastonbury on the Sunday night in the pouring rain, which is what The Who did this year. I was watching it on the telly, and my kids were there. I'm on the phone saying 'It's awful'. "They said it's really fun, but it didn't look fun to me." "The 64-year-old Rolling Stones frontman, who is famous for his youthful exterior and his endless energy on stage, maintains his zest for life by dancing with his daughters -36-year-old Karis, 35-year-old Jade, Elizabeth, 23, and Georgia, 14." http://www.femalefirst.co.uk/celebrity/Mick+Jagger-17865.html
