Cyrus Gets New Tattoo in Support of Gay Community

Pop star Miley Cyrus has added another tattoo to her growing collection.

The Party In The U.S.A. hitmaker already has a number of inkings, including a large dream catcher across her right rib and the word "love" written on her ear lobe.

And this time she's displaying her support for the gay community by getting an equals sign etched on the inside of her ring finger to represent marriage equality.

The singer has posted a picture of the body art on her Twitter.com account, alongside a caption which reads, "All Love is equal".

In June (11), New York officials passed a bill to legalise gay unions across the state.

The signing was met with much delight from a host of celebrities, including Lady Gaga, Neil Patrick Harris and Ricky Martin, campaigning for same-sex marriage rights.
