Country star Mindy McCready is set for a Halloween jailbreak - after serving just over half of a 60-day prison sentence for violating parole.The fallen star will be released from a Tennessee jail on Friday (31Oct08), according to tmz McCready voluntarily agreed to serve time after she was arrested for prescription drug fraud in June (08) - an incident which was considered a violation of her probation relating to a 2004 drug arrest. That conviction led to McCready losing custody of her two-year-old son, Zander.Upon her incarceration at the end of September (08), the 32-year-old singer released a statement, which read, "I am working very hard to put all of this behind me as quickly as possible so I can get back to what I like to do most: sing, write songs, and entertain."And it appears she means business - reports suggest she has lost 20 pounds (nine kilograms) behind bars and "looks amazing".
