N-Dubz Drummer Goes to Trial

N-Dubz drummer Aaron Fagan was back in court on Friday (23Jul10) to face trial over allegations he sexually assaulted a female fan after a gig in Scotland.

The 25-year-old musician was arrested following the British rap group'sperformance in Glasgow in October (09) after a 20-year-old woman allegedhe had groped her at an aftershow party.

The fan, who can't be named for legal reasons, testified at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Friday (23Jul10) and claimed Fagan approached her outside the venue and invited her and a friend to a bash at Strathclyde Universitystudents' union, where he allegedly grabbed her.

She told the court, "He asked if I wanted to go to an N-Dubz afterparty. He then put his arms over our shoulders and started leading us up the stairway. "As we were climbing the stairs he took his hand away from my neck and put it on my bottom and started grabbing at it.

"We carried on climbing the stairs and he hit my friend on the bum too.He then moved round behind me and with both arms reaching round from behind, started to grab my breasts".

Fagan denies sexually assaulting the girl and her friend, as well as another charge of breaching the peace by making indecent remarks.
