Former Nirvana bandmates Krist Novoselic and Dave Grohl reunited with producer Butch Vig for a two-hour 'town hall' meeting with fans in New York on Saturday night (24Sep11).
I wish Kurt was here. There's a big hole
The get together, moderated by comedian and U.S. TV personality Jon Stewart, marked the 20th anniversary of the release of Nirvana's landmark Nevermind album.
During the Town Hall with Nirvana, which was aired on SiriusXM Nevermind satellite radio station, Novoselic and Grohl and Nevermind producer Vigrecalled making the album and shared their memories of working with tragic Kurt Cobain, who committed suicide in 1994.
Bassist Novolselic said, "I wish Kurt was here. There's a big hole".
