Obie Trice: 'the Bullet Is Still In My Head'.US rapper OBIE TRICE still has a bullet lodged in his head after he was shot on New Year's Eve (31DEC05) while driving in his car in Detroit, Michigan.The hip-hop star was injured when shots fired from another vehicle travelling along the Lodge Freeway, smashed through the back windscreen of his car.Trice was taken to Detroit's Providence Hospital where he was treated and later released - but doctors were reluctant to remove the bullet from his head because of possible complications involving blood vessels.He tells AllHipHop.com, "They didn't take the bullet out my head.
