Ozzy Set for Sunset Strip Tribute

Ozzy Osbourne is set to stop the traffic in Los Angeles in September (09)when his music career is celebrated along the famed Sunset Strip.

The former Black Sabbath frontman and reality TV king will be the toastof venues like the Viper Room and the Whisky A Go-Go when one of the world's most famous rock areas pays tribute to the Prince of Darkness, as part of this year's (09) three-night Sunset Strip Music Festival.

Osbourne will be honoured at a tribute event on 10 September (09) that will kick off the second Sunset Strip Music Festival.

Todd Steadman, executive director of the Sunset Strip Music Festival, says, "We are extremely excited to honour rock icon Ozzy Osbourne".
