Oh my, I thought musicians making perfume was a joke, but Pete Doherty launching a jewellery line… now the world really is coming to an end.

The Babyshambles and Libertines star has teamed up with gem expert Hannah Martin for his Albion Trinketry collection, and don't get me wrong, I think Hannah might be able to make lovely necklaces… but Peter Doherty-inspired? Sorry, but I don’t fancy hanging a syringe around my neck.

The range features items including cufflinks and chains and is thought to reflect Doherty's knack of "personalising his antique finds". Hmm…
