Pete Wentz needs to get his paperwork in order after reportedly learning his driving license is invalid.The newlywed Fall Out Boy star was pulled over by police in Hollywood on Wednesday afternoon and would have been hauled off to the nearest police station if his sister Hilary wasn't behind the wheel of his black SUV.But, when he identified himself as the owner of the vehicle, embarrassed Wentz was told his license had expired and he needed to update the information before he could get back behind the wheel. An eyewitness says, "Pete wasn't happy at all, especially when he realised his every move was being photographed by the paparazzi."The police officer understood his concerns and agreed to follow Pete and his sister into a nearby movie studio lot. A little while later the officer left after giving Pete a warning."
