Convicted music mogul Phil Spector wants to kit out his prison cell with a TV, stereo and computer as he serves out his 19 years to life sentence for the murder of actress Lana Clarkson.
The disgraced 69 year old has been assigned to a "sensitive needs facility" at California's largest state prison, Corcoran, after he was found guilty of fatally shooting Clarkson at his Alhambra, California home in 2003.

But he's desperate to live life behind bars more comfortably - and has requested a number of electronic items and gadgets to get him through each day.
His wife Rachelle Spector says, "He wants a TV and an iPod or something like that for listening to music. And he would like to be able to receive email".
However, Spector is not looking to work on his craft while locked up, even though some inmates are granted musical instruments to play in groups.
Rachelle adds, "He has not requested an instrument, and I doubt if he will".
