Latest: R&B star R. Kelly's fate has been placed in the hands of a 12-member jury after closing arguments in his child pornography trial were presented in court in Chicago, Illinois on Thursday (12Jun08).Kelly stands accused of making a sex video with a 13-year-old girl. He was charged over six years ago but the delayed case only came to trial last month (May08).Both Kelly and the alleged victim insist they're not the couple in the footage.

During closing arguments, prosecutors replayed the sex tape, which features footage of full sex and urination, before the jury began its deliberations.Kelly has pleaded not guilty to 14 counts of child pornography.To add to R. Kelly's troubles the singer is facing legal action from a dance teacher who claims he gave the R&B star all his best moves.Henry 'Uncle Henry Love' Vaughn filed a lawsuit in Cook County, Illinois on Wednesday (11Jun08) alleging Kelly stole his steps.

He is seeking compensation, claiming Kelly agreed in 2001 to share the proceeds to songs that use his 'stepping'-style dances - like the star's 2003 single Step in the Name of Love.

Kelly - who is currently standing trial for multiple child porn charges - has dismissed the suit as "ridiculous", reports tmz
