In a shocking new twist to the Rihanna / Chris Brown drama, rumours have emerged that the RnB beauty is expecting her violent ex boyfriend's baby.

Friends of Rihanna have been saying the argument was not sparked by a text message from a fellow singer, but in fact because Rihanna had revealed that she was expecting their first child.

Rihanna is said to have known that Chris would react badly to the news, but perhaps beating her up wasn't really the right way to go about sorting out a problem; maybe he was hoping to get rid of the problem himself?

We're not really sure what to believe anymore, but if these rumours are to be believed; hitting a pregnant woman could be the final nail in the coffin of Chris Brown's career.
