Robbie Proposes To Girlfriend Live On Radio

Robbie Williams looks as though he has finally curbed his wild ways, after proposing to his long-term girlfriend - live on air!

The 35-year old star was being interviewed on Australian station 2DayFM before he stunned listeners by proposing to Ayda Field, 30, whilst being interviewed!

Robbie was told by the show's co-host Jackie Henderson that Sydney (where the show is broadcast from) is famed for celebrity proposals and asked if Williams "had anything to share"

Robbie played along with the hosts and turned to his girlfriend (who was also in the studio) and asked; "Is there anyone you want to get married to?" before announcing; "Ayda Field, I love you so much .... will you marry me?"

Thankfully his girlfriend replied: "Yes, I'll marry you." Before the singer said; "I love you so much. Would you be my betrothed until the end of time?" to which she replied: "I would love to be your betrothed until the end of time."

Now, we know this might be dubbed as a publicity stunt for his new single and album… but here at FemaleFirst we love Public Displays Of Affection, so we think it’s the perfect way to start the weekend!
