Robbie To Release The Sport Relief Single 2010

Robbie Williams is celebrating 20 years in the music business this year, and to celebrate, he has given his new release, Morning Sun, to sport relief as their official charity single for 2010.

Now we do love being able to give money to charity AND get something we really want in return, so this looks set to be the best idea I’ve heard all year, well, that and the news that he’s going to be receiving the Outstanding Contribution To Music award at this year’s Brit awards.

Robbie said: 'I am very happy to donate my time to help Sport Relief and I thank my co writers for doing the same. Please join us in helping this very worthwhile cause'.

What a lovely man… and that’s not all, he is affiliated with many charities including his own charity Give It Sum, and also is Patron of the children’s charity, The Donna Louise Trust. He is an ambassador for the global children’s charity Unicef and he’s also performing on the Haiti charity single.
