Bill Wyman and Ronnie Wood to host radio music series

Bill Wyman of the Rolling Stones is set to join ex-bandmate Ronnie Wood on radio after signing on to host his own three-part music series.

The bassist will front new SiriusXM programme The Bill Wyman Show which begins on Thursday.

As part of the project, the rocker will air some of his favourite records, discuss his musical inspiration and share stories of his infamous career.

The Je Suis un Rock Star singer says: "I hope that the listeners of SiriusXM have as much fun listening to my three shows as I had making them!"

Former bandmate Wood hosts a radio show on Britain's Absolute Classic Rock station.
