The Cribs drummer Ross Jarman is recovering after slicing his hands in a bizarre shower accident.

The rocker was washing up after performing at the O2 Academy in Birmingham, England on Wednesday (02Dec09) when the shower door fell on him and shattered.

The glass shards cut open his hands and feet, leaving him dripping blood all over the bathroom.

The star has posted a picture of the bloody scene on his Twitter.com page, telling fans, "I took a shower after the show - the glass door fell off, smashed into pieces, cutting my hands & feet really badly. Yes, that is blood on the picture..."

But the injuries didn't keep Jarman from taking the stage on Thursday (03Dec09) - he played through the pain with his bandmates at the O2 Brixton Academy in London.
